How do I Register?
Click the "Register for Camp" button in the upper right hand corner of our website to complete our secure online registration.

 

Campers may also reserve a place through remittal of the registration form and non-refundable deposit of $100.00 or payment in full.

 

This year, due to NCAA Regulations, we will not be able to accept personal checks after June 1, 2019… money orders or credit card payment only after that date.

 

Balance is due (if applicable) and payable prior to or upon registration.

Registration information will accompany confirmation notification. Campers register from 2-3 pm at Henry Feild Stadium, then proceed to dorm check-in after initial registration. Additional information will follow.

 

How do I Pay?
Secure online payments are available via Credit Card or E-Check (an E-Check allows you to Register online using your checking account by simply typing in your Account Number and Routing Number from the bottom of your check).

This year, due to NCAA Regulations, we will not be able to accept personal checks after June 1, 2018… money orders or credit card payment only after that date.

 

Refund Policy:
A CANCELLATION DUE TO PERSONAL INJURY OR A FAMILY EMERGENCY WILL ALLOW THE CAMPER TO RECEIVE A REFUND LESS A $50 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE. TO RECEIVE A REFUND UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, THE CAMPER MUST PROVIDE: 1) A NOTE FROM THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN STATING THE NATURE OF THE INJURY ON DOCTOR'S STATIONARY; OR 2) HAVE A PARENT CONTACT US TO EXPLAIN THE NATURE OF THE FAMILY EMERGENCY.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS.

 

How do I know if I'm Confirmed for Camp?
Upon completing registration you'll receive a confirmation email with important camp information and a receipt of your purchase.

What should I bring to the camp?

  • Tennis Racquets (at least 2)
  • Shorts
  • T-shirts
  • Tennis Shoes – smooth sole (no running/jogging shoes on court)
  • Socks
  • Casual Clothes (jeans, shorts, etc.)
  • Sleeping Garments
  • Toothbrush/Toothpaste
  • Sunblock
  • Soap/Shampoo
  • Washcloth/Towels
  • Pillow/Pillowcases
  • Sheets (twin, long)

  • Entertainment (games, books, radio, etc.)

Campers can bring a small amount of spending money. Tennis camp t-shirts will be given to campers. Pizza deliveries are available in the dorm for evening snacks.

Please mark your name on all items to avoid confusion with anyone else's things.

 
When and Where is Check in?

Check in at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex between 2:00pm and 3:00 pm. Which Dorm is yet to be determined by housing, we will email you with that information closer to time for camp.

 

Housing guidelines are as follows:

  • Two Campers assigned per room, roommate requests will try to be honored.
  • Coaches/Counselors stay in Dorms.
  • Boys and Girls are separated by floors and/or wings.

 

How can I get directions to camp?
We will send you directions and addresses before camp begins via email.

 

Which meals are provided?

Overnight Campers - Overnight Campers will receive dinner on the first night, breakfast, lunch and dinner during the full days of camp and Breakfast on the last day.

Extended Day Campers - Extended Day Campers will receive dinner the first night and lunch and dinner during the full days of camp.

Day Campers - Day Camper will receive dinner on the first night, lunch the rest of the days.

 

Can I come and watch my camper?
Yes, you can attend any session you please. We just ask that you watch from the stands and not on the courts.

 

Can I or another family member take my camper to lunch?
Yes, if it is a family friend or non relative then we will need a permission notice from the parent allowing it.

 

When is Drop off/Pick up for Day Campers?
Day campers need to be dropped off each morning at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex at 8:45am. They can be picked up either at the courts after the afternoon session at 4:45pm or at the dorms following dinner and evening activities no later than 8:30pm.

Extended Day Campers - Extended Day Campers will be dropped off each morning at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex at 8:45 am.  Pick up at courts or at the dorms following dinner and evening activities no later than 8:30 pm.

 

How are the groups divided up?
We divide our camp into groups based on level of play within a relative age difference of 1-2-3 years...sometimes more. We try to keeps kids that can do similar drills together and will challenge them at their own level.

 

When and where is the awards ceremony?
We will have our Closing Ceremonies at 11am on Thursdays at The Dan Magill Tennis Complex. Parents and friends of the family are welcome. If we finish and nobody is there to pick up the camper, we will take him back to the dorm. Please make plans to pick up campers by 12 noon.

 

Phones available?
The dorm rooms do not have phones in the rooms. Campers can always use a coaches phone to make a call if they need to. We encourage campers with cell phones leave them in their room or in their bags during their court time.

 

Is there medical staff at camp?
A certified athletic trainer will be available at the UGA training room and on call in the evening if necessary. Our trainers do not have medication to give out, you must supply your own.
ICE and WATER will be provided at all training sessions.

 

Any Discounts Offered?
We offer a $50 sibling discount for the 2nd Camper, and a $50 Multi Camp discount. The first camps and sibling registrations are full price. These discounts apply only to additional registrations.

Due to NCAA regulations we can not offer discounts to one individual without offering it to everyone.
